I am working on more embroidery pieces at the moment – a small cushion piece inspired by James Cook’s waistcoat and two other larger pieces I’m hoping to start soon, so keep an eye our for WIP pictures. In regards to my art, I’m planning to return to my first love, flowers, specifically irises, and I’m about to start a piece I’m particularly excited about, which should hopefully be appearing up here soon.

Finished! I just finished this cute little embroidery kit the other day – Yellow Blotch Pansy designed by the amazing Tanja Berlin (check out her website here: http://www.berlinembroidery.com/ ) I’ve now completed two out of the four pansy designs Tanja has, and I now have my eye on the Blue Blotch Pansy which is the kit of the month for May and on sale!

Good news! All of the above artwork and embroidery pieces are now available as art prints and other products (including phone cases, pillows, cards, tote bags, laptop sleeves, travel mugs and more!) over on my Society6 store right here: https://society6.com/margueritegibsonart
Please consider checking my store out! I update the store with a new piece each week, and I’ll keep everyone posted here!
